Our services cover advice on all forms of building failure, structural defects and the delineation of professional responsibilities in building and construction disputes.

John Pryke & Partners takes great pride in the establishment of a good working relationship with the client/solicitor team, the majority of our new commissions for Expert Witness services are as a result of recommendation by satisfied clients. The practice provides a 'case assessment' service on a without commitment basis and has a rapid response team to deal with urgent matters. We are able to provide Single Joint Experts experienced in arbitration, conciliation and mediation procedures.
